We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. A Fairfield home from the 1988 launch is now closing in on forty years old, while later villages in the same community are a decade or two newer. We grind and test every job to its actual village and age rather than the community's founding date.

• Fairfield launched in 1988 under Friendswood Development Company, one of the first major residential projects to shape growth along the US-290 corridor, and grew to roughly 5,800 homes across eight named villages spanning 3,200 acres before reaching full build-out.
