We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. Nearly every original Seven Meadows slab is now sixteen to twenty four years old, right in the window where a builder-grade coating is failing but the concrete underneath is usually still sound. We grind off the failing coating rather than replace the slab.
