We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. A lot of what we see in Atascocita is a thin builder coat from that 1990s and 2000s growth wave wearing through at the tire line, sometimes over a slab that was never properly moisture tested before the first pour. We grind that back to bare concrete, test for moisture, and start over with a real system instead of rolling another coat on top of a failing one.
