Why Sienna chooses New Era

We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. Whether your Sienna garage was poured last year or back when the community first opened, we test the slab before we recommend a system, never a one-size answer.

• Sienna's first homes sold in 1996 and the community has since grown past 10,000 acres, one of the top-selling master-planned communities in the country most years, so we quote brand-new construction garages here right alongside slabs pushing thirty years old.
• Full diamond-grind surface prep on every Sienna job, the real reason a floor lasts a decade instead of peeling in a year.
• Metallic, flake, polished, industrial, ESD and stained systems, one crew for the whole project.
• Written 1-year warranty on workmanship. Does not cover chipping, cracking or hydrostatic pressure, and we will walk you through exactly what is covered.
• Fast-cure options and night or weekend scheduling so your Sienna home or business keeps moving.
• Established 2015 and Houston grown, with English and Spanish service end to end.
• Johnson Development first began planning Sienna in the 1970s, decades before the first home there ever sold.
