Why Telfair chooses New Era

We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. Telfair homes are young enough that the concrete itself is usually sound. The failures we get called out for are almost always a thin retail kit that never had a mechanical grind under it.

• Telfair's roughly 2,884 homes went up between 2006 and 2014 under Newland Communities, most around 3,500 square feet with three-car garages, which is the size we quote most often here.
• Full diamond-grind surface prep on every Telfair job, the real reason a floor lasts a decade instead of peeling in a year.
• Metallic, flake, polished, industrial, ESD and stained systems, one crew for the whole project.
• Written 1-year warranty on workmanship. Does not cover chipping, cracking or hydrostatic pressure, and we will walk you through exactly what is covered.
• Fast-cure options and night or weekend scheduling so your Telfair home or business keeps moving.
• Established 2015 and Houston grown, with English and Spanish service end to end.
• Telfair's active lifestyle runs through a 9,000 square foot community center and two separate swimming pool complexes.
