We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. Because Amira only broke ground in 2019, almost every slab we open up here is inside its first several years, still well within its cure window in some newer sections. We still test every one rather than assume new means ready.

• Amira was built starting in 2019 on 554 acres that once made up the DeShazer Ranch, an Egyptian Arabian horse breeding operation, and features like Preakness Pond, Pony Park and the Derby Dog Park still carry that history in their names.
