We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. A retail or office floor near the original 1970 Galleria wing has seen more than fifty years of use, while one in the 2003 Galleria IV expansion is barely two decades old. We grind and test each one on its own rather than pricing off the Galleria name.

• The Galleria opened in 1970 at 600,000 square feet, modeled on Milan's Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and grew through three expansions in 1976, 1986 and 2003 to become the largest mall in Texas at roughly 3 million square feet.
• The 1986 expansion alone brought the complex to almost 1.6 million square feet, and the 2003 Galleria IV expansion anchored by Nordstrom added another 800,000, which is why floor age varies by decades across the same retail footprint.
