We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. A lot of Westchase's Class-A office buildings were built within the past 10 to 15 years, but the district's roads and some of its earlier apartment complexes date back to the 1970s and 1980s. We grind and test each floor to its own age, not the district's newer reputation.

• Westchase was still cattle pasture owned by rancher Bob Smith into the 1950s before the Westchase Corporation purchased 760 acres in 1973, and the district only really took off after the Sam Houston Tollway opened in 1988.
• Texas Legislature created the formal Westchase District in 1995, and today the roughly 4-square-mile area holds about 120 office buildings, a third of them Class A, alongside 48 apartment complexes.
• Many of Westchase's Class-A office developments were built within just the past 10 to 15 years, so commercial floor work here skews newer than in most other Houston districts we serve, though the older 1970s and 1980s buildings still need a very different prep plan.
